You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, lingerie, socks)
- Personalized or altered items
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Please contact us via email to initiate a return and receive authorization.
- Ship your return to the address we provide upon authorization. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not liable for return packages lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- We will inspect all returned items upon arrival and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds may be partial or declined if items show signs of wear, damage, or are missing tags/packaging not due to our error.
- If you have not received your refund after approval, please check with your payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us via email within the return period to arrange an exchange.
6. Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return upon approval.
- If the item was not a direct gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
