• A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.
• Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or altered items
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

1. Please contact us via email to initiate a return and receive authorization.
2. Ship your return to the address we provide upon authorization. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not liable for return packages lost in transit.

4. Refunds

• We will inspect all returned items upon arrival and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Gift Returns
